On the Mauritsstraat, that might not ring a bell but that is central Rotterdam, around the corner from the Schouwburgplein, Gracy's, a burger joint, has recently opened (the umpteenth in Rotterdam, and there's nothing wrong with that, quite the opposite in fact). A lot is said about the burgers on the menu, slow cooking here (keeping juices and such), open fire there (for that nice smokey edge) but of course it's all about how those things taste. Well: TOP. But really. With an extra handshake for the truffle mayo, the option on a skinny (without bread, still nice) and the option of lobster. Not tasted but will also be good. Gracy's
