It is certainly not to overwhelm you with food truck events, but this one, Het Hoofdgerecht at the Amsterdam Stenen Hoofd, is too much fun to miss. Because of the location surrounded by water and close to Central Station, because of the small coziness of the event, because of the fine selection of food trucks and because of the program. Because yes, at the Hoofdgerecht there is a program. You have to pay for it (how else do the best people organize it) but it is not much, and you know for sure that, unlike many such events, you have a seat (and something to eat). On June 11th, the Dollies Thursday (5 euros), on Friday of course the VrijMiBo (7 euros) and on Saturday the 13th there is the Marinade (7 euros). Go and see. The main course
