Peeking at the neighbors: 5x the most impressive houses on Funda

Peeping inside Funda, whether you are looking for a house to buy or not. You could call it a hobby that got out of hand. You can easily spend hours on it.. Do you also have such a Funda hobby? Because we have converted all those hours of peeping into something fun, namely a list of five beautiful dream houses that we came across.

Peeking, dreaming, taking out the piggy bank (and maybe putting it back), but they are pictures of houses.

Zeedijk 5, Utrecht

To start with, we found a beautiful mansionThe house was built in 2017 and is therefore equipped with all modern conveniences. It has energy label A, partly due to the 13 solar panels on the house and is connected to district heating.

The front of the house is located on the Vecht and at the back it has a spacious city garden of 10 meters deep (and that is quite a few square meters of city garden!). The house has many floors: a basement, ground floor and three more floors on top of that. Although it is a modern house, the house has been given character by, among other things, a vide on the first floor. The asking price of this mansion is 1,6 million.

Kaepwei 5, Gaastmeer (Friesland)

Oh, a dream! A detached house on the water and with its own campsite. In the Frisian village of Gaastmeer that dream can become reality. Here a house including camping and even its own harbour. The plot of over 35.000 m² is located at the Sânmar, which also connects to the Groote Gaastmeer and the Heegermeer, and less than a 30-minute drive from Sneek.

A fantastic base for water lovers, who love nothing more than exploring the various Frisian lakes by boat. For around 1,5 million euros this gem can be yours!

Lekdijk 24, Tienhoven on the Lek (Utrecht)

The street name says it all: the river Lek flows along this house. At the back of it you have a wide view over the polder landscape. The house has only two floors, but with 315 m² it can certainly be called spacious.

On the 8.705 m² plot you will find a horse stable (bring your own horses), riding arena, lunging arena and large animal pastures (anyone else dream of starting a petting zoo?). The dream of every horse and animal lover! The price tag is just over a million.

Former City Carpentry Garden 2N, Amsterdam

Within the canal belt of Amsterdam you will find the Former City Carpentry Garden a New York Style Penthouse with an industrial look. The location in our capital is simply amazing: with a view of the Royal Theater Carré and the Amstel around the corner.

The building (the former Jewish Lyceum) has been converted and modernized. It is therefore a monumental building, but with energy label A. It has a lot of character, for example thanks to the marble fireplace in the middle of the living room and the beautiful windows. And then we have not even mentioned the spacious roof terrace with a view of the historic city center! It also has a hefty price tag: this house is on the market for around 6 million. Uhm yes, we are still dreaming.

Main Street 54, Borger (Drenthe)

The only house with a swimming pool on this list is in Borger. This luxurious villa with a modern look has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, has a large plot of 7.480 m² and is surrounded by lots of greenery. And that while it is just in the village center. The shops of Borger are also within walking distance. This villa is for sale for around 2,3 million.
