The Koffie Leute Brauhaus coffee house in Utrecht is not a new, but again an original concept space, at the Westerkade number 30 in Utrecht this time, just outside the heart of Utrecht Centrum. Fun fact: Koffie Leute was the first coffee shop in the Netherlands that (again) focused on filter and so-called 'slow' coffee. Old school.

Not only can you go there for a great cup of comfort, or for a snack in rooms that look a bit like your grandma's house with a hipster twist, but there is also a space at the back of the store where a greenhouse is located that can be rented for lectures, workshops, meetings, presentations, concerts (small concerts) and festivals and more of that, hosted by a group of enthusiastic entrepreneurs under the name Foundation DRUK. They sell all kinds of gadgets that are in one way or another linked to the foundation. Oh, and also good to know: there is a rather large selection of board games available, to get you through rainy days in the best possible way. Coffee fun
