The interior is beautifully sleek and stylish (hello beautiful bar!), but naturally, it is all about what appears in the glasses *and* on your plate. The wine list is impressive and surprising, featuring both crisp whites and deep, complex reds. The very best thing you can do here is ask the team for advice; they will pour your new favorite glass for you in no time. And the best part? You don't have to go anywhere after drinks. Atmospheric, warm, and an absolute classic in Nijmegen: Wine Bar Olivier simply cannot be missing from this list. A fantastic place for a long evening catching up or a date night where you want to be absolutely sure that the romance is spot on. The ambiance feels like a warm blanket and the wine list is impeccable. We invariably let the sommelier surprise us here (always a good idea). Add a magnificent cheese board to that, and you’ll understand why we love dining here so much.
