French sausage rolls at Maison Champenoise in Amsterdam

Bring the Champagne region to Amsterdam, and that's exactly what Lema and Thomas thought. Alongside another great guy, Salvo, Maison Champenoise opened its doors last summer. Their specialty? Sausage rolls, but French-style. Lema and Thomas are both from Reims, France, and shared a passion for hospitality and, of course, traditional French treats, which is why they came to Amsterdam to open Maison Champenoise. What should we drink with these sausage rolls? Champagne, of course... no, coffee is also an option. If you're in the mood for a bottle of bubbly, they have it. They also sell the sausage rolls in boxes, so if you and your colleagues are in the mood for a delicious lunch, Maison Champenoise is the place to be.
