Peruvian cuisine is one of the top cuisines in the world. And yet it remains a bit of a neglected child and that is such a shame. If you eat at NAZKA you will immediately understand what we mean. An evening of dining at NAZKA is one big adventure of flavors and dishes. If you have the chance, have a wine pairing or... botanical pairing. The latter are non-alcoholic drinks made from botanical ingredients, depending on the season. We had a drink of asparagus tea and one of young beans. Absolutely surprising and fitting with the flavors of the dishes. Or your table companion chooses the top wines and you choose the botanicals and together you discover all the flavors.

On the menu you will find dishes with typical Peruvian ingredients and dishes such as pepian de rocoto en Tiger milk for – vegetarian or fish – ceviche. Through the cards on the table you will learn more about what is on your plate. For a while you will travel through Peru, with influences from traditional Inca cuisine combined with European, Asian and African influences. Expect lots of umami, lots of color and a cozy Latino atmosphere. Owner Raul Lansink and Koosh Kothari (chef) create a beautiful combination of top-level South American food and a cozy vibe.
