First of all, you should remember that the location of Paviljoen Puur, every Thursday to Sunday for dinner and on Saturday and Sunday also for lunch, is great. In Diemen, just outside of Amsterdam, in the middle of greenery. A unique place, in many respects: the sleek pavilion was built under architecture and is crazy, but above all a place that lends itself to business meetings. That's what's usually going on: meetings and such. Fine, important too, but it's a shame that more people don't enjoy this beautiful place in a private setting. The operators thought so too, and that's how the idea for the Sunday summer pop-up came about. Close to the city and yet in nature, modern and yet very cozy thanks to the tables and chairs that are set up (nicely far apart - that is very easy here) in the grass, covered with a tent canvas with pin lights. Can it be more romantic?
