Another new cafe that opened its doors in Utrecht, in the vicinity of the former Pastoefabriek on the Rijnlaan - a booming hotspot hood where it is still just right, quiet and relaxed. Ohøj Coffee Roasting Utrecht is the newest in the area and is run by American Kevin Ayers. You don't have to be inside for long to notice that Kevin gained quite a few years of experience as a barista in Paris before coming to Utrecht and his own café with coffee roastery - just check out the latte art! The interior is nicely Scandinavian minimalistic and that is exactly the right environment for a cup of really good coffee. Now that's all, really good coffee, but very soon there will be cakes and brownies. In any case, we will be back soon for the espresso tonic. Welcome to the town Oooj!
