Panache, Amsterdam

Panache, Amsterdam

The men behind Franklin, Hugo, Americano en Carter can't be stopped because there's the next thing: Panache. On the Ten Katestraat, where it was already so nice because it was around the corner from the food hall, The Breakfast Club and the first Bar Brewer. The menu includes what can be cooked and brewed from the market (i.e. the Ten Katemarkt), and cocktails because that is what the men are best at. And that, just like the beautiful classroom, turned out well. Beautiful again? Well, because Panache surpasses them all in terms of looks. And there's nothing wrong with the food either. The menu includes fine starters that can also withstand a drink evening (the veal steak tartare is a new favorite) and frog legs (for beginners, definitely try it) and ditto main courses: especially the fresh fish in a layer of salt (as they also serve at Mama Kelly) is recommended! Just like the chocolate foundation to finish things off. Good news, but the best thing about Panache are the ordinary pitchers. Raunchy yes, we like, and Panache gets away with it more than fine. Panache
