Of course there is the Weekend of the Rolling Kitchens in Amsterdam during Ascension Day, begins Trek to travel through the country in May and the people of Rotterdam have the Piccalilli Food Camp - 3 days of the coolest street food festival for Rotterdammers by Rotterdammers (don't tell anyone)! The Museumpark is the place (so not very hidden for all non-Rotterdammers who really don't know anything about this festival) and the organization called upon the 30 tastiest pop-up street food caterers to bring their wares to the Rotterdammert. Who will put their butts down on what will be the largest (temporary) terrace in the city center with more than 500 seats.
