Restaurant Daalder Amsterdam pops up at Hotel Alexander Noordwijk

Anyone who reads 'Daalder' and 'Dennis Huwaë' you should know: the food is (ridiculously) good there. 'At home with Daalder' is a good idea, absolutely. That is the tastiest basis for continuing as a chef at home himself to finish with an excellent playlist and others goodies to perfect the Daalder experience as best as possible. You can order and pick it up in the Jordaan (Amsterdam), at Edel (Amsterdam West) and at Dylan in Noordwijk. O! And team Daalder also has a beautiful Christmas with Daalder ready for which you can register now (do it before they are full).

Anyway. Let that be a nice mnemonic to the moral of the story: now Daalder and Edel in Amsterdam are closed, Dennis and his team found in the (recently beautifully renovated) Hotel Alexander in Noordwijk the perfect place to let people (you! me! us!) enjoy his cooking. Now that's what we call a win-win.

Because Hotel Alexander is an inconspicuous one that, once discovered, you won't let go. Admittedly: we didn't know it until Dennis pointed out the hotel to us, but man oh man, what a good place. In any case, because we think Noordwijk aan Zee is the nicest and most beautiful coastal town in the country (don't tell Zandvoort or Cadzand) and because the hotel is on the boulevard and was recently dressed in a chic coat. A perfect picture(s) for team Daalder to involve if you ask us.

They themselves say this about it: Amsterdam fine dining on the Noordwijk coast. This is the result of a unique collaboration between two special restaurants: DYLANS and Daalder in Amsterdam. A pop-up led by none other than Dennis Huwaë, chef and owner of restaurant Daalder and Edel by Dennis and recently named one of the 100 best chefs in the world. And we think that's exactly right. Because you're already gone? We get it. Make a reservation!
