Nothing says luxury like a vacation in your own city; you never do it, but you should! And that is why, in addition to the Amsterdam Hotel Night, there is also the Rotterdam Hotel Night, the way to take a nap in your own (or someone else's, but that is not really the concept) city. And this weekend (17 and 18 January 2015). For example at unique & luxury on the SS Rotterdam, Stroom and the Nhow Hotel (recommended!) or easy cool at Citizen M, The Student Hotel en King Kong (also recommended to be honest). Bonus: in the city there is something going on all weekend at all participating hotels. Like the apres-ski party at the Student Hotel, Fit & Foo at the Boiling point (cookbook authors cook their dishes in miniature format), open mic night (yeah!) at Hostel Room and a living room concert by the fire with whiskies and G&Ts at Hotel Pincoffs...
