We finally visited it: Chef Shige's very first ramen spot Taste Ramen, after all those pop-ups around town. And yes, we can only say: it's a huge hit. The menu is delightfully simple: four ramen dishes, a few drinks, but that's precisely what makes it so special. The noodles are homemade, the broths rich and flavorful with shio or shoyu tare, niboshi, shellfish, and a whole list of other delicious ingredients.
