something fishy @ Beet Rotterdam
Beet Rotterdam yes. Restaurant Beet. Of having a bite. A fish restaurant. You got it. And that is good news because when it comes to the supplier of all the fish that the business serves you, the owners also have a clue: the business works together with Schmidt Zeevis. Old hand in the trade and one of Holland's leading fish suppliers for more than 100 years.
Personally, we would like to sit down at restaurant Beet in Rotterdam for the hefty fruit de mer platter, as well as the delicious tataki (seared tuna) and a simple (but no less tasty) pan of mussels. That simplicity is one of the best things about Beet: because good doesn't have to be complicated. And if you join us during The Fork Festival (until April 14th!), you will also receive a 50% discount on your bill at Beet!
