The Tiger Club: Asian street food in Breda
At Barts Boekje we are just as fond of classics as we are of newcomers The Tiger Club in Breda. This Asian street food restaurant has been located on St. Janstraat since 2017. Indispensable from the outside with its bright green painted facade and large outdoor terrace. Colorfully decorated inside with a green-red interior, finished with beautiful murals and a large bar. You can enjoy this Oriental snacks, beers, and cocktails. Perfect for a date night or an evening of catching up with a friend, as far as we're concerned.
So you can go to the Tiger Club if you feel like it Asian street food or have always wanted to try this. In each round you choose two dishes from the menu, which you then eat together, entirely according to Eastern traditions. You can go for the daily snack deal of 13.50 (during the week), but we especially liked the ha kau dim sum, garlic chili prawns or sticky bimi. In any case, the basis of the menu is formed by the tastiest street food from four Asian countries, namely Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and Hong Kong. In the 80s these countries were also called the “Four Asian Tigers” named for their economic, industrial and technological advancement – hence the name “The Tiger Club”. The menu is just as diverse as the drinks menu. Do yourself a favor and try one (or more) of the Oriental beers or spicy (virgin) cocktails!
