You then take the elevator to the 26th floor; You don't have many other options since the elevator only takes you to the 26th floor. When you get out of the elevator and enter the restaurant, you immediately look out over the Zuidas (WOW).

TWENTYSIX completely reverses the standard menu. Instead of a menu with a separate section where you can find vegetarian dishes, the menu is completely sustainable, vegetarian and worldly. Don't panic, fish and meat lovers have certainly been taken into account. As a side dish you can order fish and meat dishes. They try to get all the products they use from Dutch soil. Because they also get the fish and meat products from the Netherlands, they are prepared extra fresh (and you can certainly taste that). From Wednesday to Saturday you can enjoy lunch and dinner here.
