Tacos al pastor are a classic, of course, but the fish tacos with a fresh kick or the vegan version with marinated oyster mushrooms, guacamole, and pineapple are also worth ordering an extra round. Also try the divine quesadillas. my oh my, of which our favorite is the Birria Quesadilla, with slow-cooked short rib and a thick gravy for dipping. On the side the Mexican Corn Cake and your dinner is complete.
