Vinnies Utrecht

Vinnies Utrecht

Café Koevoet in Utrecht is no more! The owners actually didn't like it at all, as they say on Facebook. That is to say, especially the name, which had to change, and of course that also included a new concept. It had to change, and so it happened. Follow the dream, that idea. The result was Vinnies, after one of the owners, right; Vinnie. A stunning logo was created, the mint-green awnings were attached to the corner building (Lucas stronghold 1) and inside a great piece of furnishing was done: a busy café brown-esk café as it should be, but with an original twist. Yellow bar stools, nice lamps, knick-knacks here and there, a chalkboard bar with mathematical wisdom (we think), hanging plants - what else - and more fun. A bit like in your own (student) living room. The menu is in that same category: classic, familiar, exactly what you feel like, but with a 2016 twist. Such as there is a delicious prime rib - the tastiest in town, says Vinnie himself. Vinnies Utrecht
