Gastronomy

Gastronomy

Breakfast and dinner consist of a series of courses. In the morning, the dishes are served to you one by one on a trolley, with new specialities every day, so that it is always a pleasure to sit down. From fresh juices and home-made yoghurt and granola to changing cheeses from their own cows and milked daily by the owner himself, bread baked by the family's grandmother and eggs from their own chickens. In the evening there is a set menu with daily extra specialities, including home-grown vegetables and home-shot game. The philosophy here is conscious enjoyment, without haste. A tip: order the schnitzel at least once, because this is not your usual schnitzel as you are used to from the ski slope. You can also eat these during the day at our own mountain restaurant, the Wieseralm.
