Everything for the baker: Boulangerie OSCAR is new in Haarlem

Just a little while... If you haven't noticed yet: we are actually at Boulangerie OSCAR. A bakery plus that is experiencing a (deserved) rise. The men and women of the flour opened OSCAR businesses in IJmuiden and Heemstede next to their previous Boulangerie OSCAR, and thought it was high time for a new location. That became Haarlem, thank you very much, and everything is there, again, entirely for the baker.

Only now going to Haarlem? Yup. Strange actually, because you expect a place with bread and croissants as good as that of our bread-crush Oscar in the larger cities, right? In any case: three cheers, because now even more people can taste what we have known for a long time: everything from Boulangerie OSCAR is delicious.
At Oscar, a lot of love goes into the baked goods and breads. You not only taste it, you can also see it. We only work with organic flour, water, salt and homemade sourdough. C'est all. Really (really really really) nothing else at all. No fats, bread improvers or other additives. Pure bread as it is and as it should be.

We call Oscar's door when we feel like having the best in addition to our daily bread croissants and cake. To go, but hanging out on the small nice benches on the facade is also a good idea: Haarlem people watching. It's fun. Enjoy.
