The Spanish restaurant on the nineteenth floor of the INNSiDE By Melia Hotel on Zuidas introduces a new concept for summer evenings: Movie Nights. For €19,50 per person you have a welcome cocktail, a bucket of fresh popcorn and a timeless film classic.

The first edition will take place on Monday, July 17, and after that there will be a movie night every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday until August 27. The doors are open from 21:00 PM for a snack and a drink, and as soon as the sun sets (around 21:30 PM) the film starts.

During the last two weeks of August you can visit H'Art Museum Amsterdam again, where Movies at H'Art (formerly Movies at the Hermitage) takes place. Various award-winning films will be shown during these two weeks. There are a total of nineteen, from golden old to more recent titles such as: Mama Mia 2, Pulp Fiction, Pretty Woman, Ratatouille and Yesterday.

We don't have to say about the Eye that its location on the IJ alone is spectacular. So maybe it's even cooler now, because you can watch a movie there during sunset. Real? Yes, really. The Amsterdam Forest Theater will be transformed into an open-air cinema especially for a film weekend on August 22, 23 and 24 during the Cinetree Forest Film Festival. This edition is the five-year anniversary edition, so it is extra special. For this special edition they pull out all the stops, you can watch one of Cinetree's most viewed films: Frida, Challengers, or wait for the Oscar-winning animated film The Boy and the Hero off. All this under the starry sky of the Amsterdam Bostheater. Keep an eye on the website for the current agenda and other activities.

Is the Amsterdam Bostheater too far away, but the Bijlmer is just around the corner? There they also dedicated three evenings to films. Something different, because all these films have something to do with the Bijlmer. For the real Amsterdam vibe This open-air cinema is located underneath the Kraaiennest metro station. In addition, there will be an additional open-air cinema in the Amsterdamse Poort just in front of the Sand Castle on September 14th.

On the edge of the Sloterplas in Nieuw-West, you can watch the best films between September 18 and 22. Once the original home base to watch all your favorite Hollywood films, Floor17 was on top of the Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark. Not anymore, because scattered throughout Amsterdam at different locations, you will find Cityscape that projects the classics of Hollywood films on a large white screen.
