A Simonis' fish, famous in The Hague and surrounding areas, is known for its top quality, but until recently the restaurants belonged to the food bar category. Until the doors of Catch were opened, a muddy business with a view of the harbor of Scheveningen. Think classics from the North Sea such as plaice fillet fried in butter and a Stellendam shrimp cocktail, but they also know how to serve a fresh Inside-out roll.
