What do you know? I haven't even mentioned George V, the beach club under the (Amsterdam) Georges, in Zandvoort. It was also open last year (2014) but was given a big fat restyling at the beginning of this year (2015) and has been a must-see ever since. George V is a bit 'outside' the rest of Zandvoort, just like that other favourite Tijn Akersloot (on the other side of the Zandvoort beach) which means that both tents are populated by people who 'choose' a business and not by day guests and casual passers-by. And that is more than good news, because George attracts a tasteful audience. And an audience that wants to chill in and around one of the two swimming pools and/or in and around one of the two nice beach businesses. Furthermore, George V. is what you would expect from George are used to: a no-bullshit menu and watching and being watched. George V.

Nice, but if you're going by car, don't forget about the one that burned down last year and is now 2.0 (we want those cushions on the rattan chairs!!!) Aloha and Timbuktu not.
