The ten-room hotel was founded by none other than Moroccan entrepreneur Simohamed Azzouz. Is it really just a business venture for this entrepreneur? Each room overlooks a tiled courtyard with a fragrant orange tree, while the 32-foot rooftop pool is completely tiled. Photographs and paintings by Moroccan artists are displayed throughout the hotel.

Inside, the hotel blends traditional craftsmanship with modern art from local artists. Works by Moroccan artists such as Bouchra Boudoua and Mourad Aboulahna adorn the walls.

Not to mention the rooftop pool and the traditional Moroccan dishes. It's all about the taste here, no hype or other gimmicks, just delicious Moroccan flavors and fresh ingredients.

The Mellah hotel is in a higher price range, with prices starting from €300 per night, but it is definitely worth it.
