Picture perfect aka Monsieur Deux in France

Monsieur Deux aka one holiday farm en Chateau in the middle-middle-middle of France. About a three-hour drive below Paris. The address for a carefree relaxing holiday where dogs are very welcome as the owners also have two sweet rascals, Durk & Moos, walking around. Love. For Durk & Moos and for this place. But we're going too fast blame it on the enthusiasm. Back for a moment. First a little explanation about how, what, where and why it all started: five years ago the owners bought a holiday farm called Le Fermette Lot. In the meantime they sailed on between their houses Amsterdam en France.

Until them The Chateau bought - the house next door Le Fermette - and gave up on Dutch city life altogether. The official move to La douce France followed and Monsieur Deux became a fact.

On to the middle of France so, just three hours drive under Paris – read: a late night and a croissant in Paris remains the perfect stopover – between the meadows next to an inieminie French village, is right there Monsieur Deux in peace and quiet. The two boutique gates have their own character and atmosphere. Because the owners have style and a passion for design and vintage having is obvious.

Holiday farm Le Fermette Lot you can involve up to six people. Extensive long dining in the kitchen - with wood stove - or BBQ'ing on the outdoor fireplace. We would. With friends, with family, without or with the kids: swimming pool, table tennis tables and mega garden on fleek. We call that God in France.

And then there is The Chateau which is just as nice as its big brother and also has room for six. Adjacent to the house and next to it le Fermette this is located gite with two gardens.

Really, you want to participate in every season Monsieur Deux are. To get into the summer to enjoy that outside long tables, in the mega gardens and the nice weather. And in the Winter nice to sit inside for that person fireplace, cooking extensively in the kitchens and staring unashamedly at all the beauty that can be found inside.
