Amsterdam-Noord is and remains a breeding ground for creative hospitality entrepreneurs. In the past, often thanks to temporary permits (and sometimes unfortunately also temporary success), but fortunately there are stories where a pop-up grows into a permanent fixture. Like now at Gedempt Hamerkanaal 83, where No-Yusu (you know, one of the finest coffee shops in Amsterdam East) opened its doors in April 2025. But not for very long! Because No-Yusu quickly turned into Euro Soft Café, the youngest member of the Euro family.
