Hotel Berns, known and loved in Stockholm for years, opened the city's most popular building in January 2013: Nosh and Chow. You will find it a 2-minute walk from the Stureplan (the central square) and although only the restaurant on the ground floor is now open, the intention is that the rest of the building will also be colored.
