Not unimportant to mention: we no longer fall for the trick called throw-some-pink (or worse: 'millennial pink') on the wall and it will be a hit. No no, it doesn't work that way. But what goes well, goes well, so to speak. And in Den Bosch it was possible thanks to the designers of Studio 34 South completely fine in an old garage from the thirties on the edge of the city center of Bosche. The result? After all, off the beaten path is the new 'central' anyway, because who wants to sit where everyone else is in 2019? Correct. We want space and creativity, thank you very much. Likewise in the case of Garage Pompen and Verlouw Den Bosch, a business that you will find on the edge of the city center of Den Bosch, almost on the water of De Bommel.

Inside it is, as mentioned, pretty pink, in just the right brick red-pink shade. Everything, the entire interior, was inspired by luxury cars from the 1930s - after all, we are still in a former Ford garage. Leather upholstery, round shapes, red glossy wood and an old-fashioned foot bar to rest your feet on when you sit at the bar. Tasty.

It's also delicious, all day long, until – hurray – late. Quite a rarity in Den Bosch. So you can still join us after 21 pm for a colorful bowl, cheese board and delicious shrimp croquettes and tuna salad.
