Restaurant WILS* & NENI Amsterdam together in one kitchen: six courses of enjoyment on January 24 (and you won't want to be there)
Two culinary philosophies that may not seem obvious on paper, but come together surprisingly well this evening. NENI Amsterdam We're certainly familiar with Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, its vibrant atmosphere, and that pleasant, always-something-to-see atmosphere. The restaurant is owned by Haya Molcho, her husband, and their four sons, Nuriel, Elior, Nadiv, and Ilan – hence the name NENI (yes, the initials). Makes sense.
An enterprising, hardworking, and above all, very friendly family. The heart of the business? The large open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant, which you almost automatically see. Dining here is inbalaganStyle: loosely translated, charming chaos. Exactly how NENI was meant to be. A place where the love for good food and conviviality is palpable.
