A great tip at the last minute for the summer holidays: head to @roermondoutlet or @designeroutletroosendaal

We went to Roosendaal for our last holiday shopping trip, and not so long ago I did the same, but in Roermond. I have a love for the American Vintage shop and definitely for Gucci, Prada, and other amazing designer shops. (Pop-up) shops regularly pop up in the Designer Outlet, and that is precisely why it is so much fun to go again and again: a truly complete day out.

That said: go, and make a weekend of it right away! On the site (bartsboekje.com), we listed three (so six in total) complete weekend getaways for both Roermond and Roosendaal: the nicest hotels in the area, the best restaurants, and things to do with either the whole family, your partner, or a friend, and of course, including a visit to the outlets.

In any case, we quickly bought swim trunks and shorts for the men, new Crocs, and a pair of sunglasses; in short, all you need this summer!

First week of vacation (for the kids) in the bag. Checking in at @hotelthedylan, boating (twice because it was so much fun) at @mokumboot, brunch at @debaanderij.ams (in the spot where the IJkantine used to be: a really nice, spacious place and also perfect with kids. Every first Sunday of the month there is Zondag bij de Baanderij with games, tasty food, and more! Very fun!). Rest tagged (and loved it all) 🔆💛

And now on to the next holiday stop (now it really is vacation for all of us, incredibly excited).

So much love for these summer days and after-school or playdate nights in the garden... Little pool, outdoor shower, exhausted wet mini in this super-soft Yumeko organic cotton towel (that even stays on a little longer in bed).
