The list with Amsterdam news which is about to open, continues to be supplemented and supplemented, with all vegetable and fish restaurants already being the big winners. We mentioned it in the latter category earlier list already about John Dory Vistronomie - tribute to the name and the 'nomie term' - from the former chief of Visaandeschelde. It has been open since mid-February 2016, at Prinsengracht number 999 (as if they made a point of it), quite a bit inconspicuous behind a heavy door - increases the feeling of exclusivity, but we don't believe that's why they did it. Fish and shellfish on the menu, small(er) prices behind it. But don't be fooled: everything is delicious, the prices are indeed very reasonable but so much fun, before you know it you'll be drinking the wine cellar empty and you'll still have to eat peanut butter sandwiches for the rest of the weekend (but get those from here).
