Wolkers, just outside the center of Haarlem, is one of those café-bar-lunchrooms where you walk in and voila; At home. Being 'at home' at Wolkers continues even further in a menu where you don't know what to choose... a ball sandwich like grandma's? Or a tuna melt that you would never get at home, from anyone? Foamy-mouthy-delicious. Oh, and then everything is also served very responsibly on sourdough bread. Well, that's healthy, just like at home. Just do it.
